A shipping container is treated like a building
Big transport boxes, like shipping containers, are not allowed unless they are fully hidden. The bylaw says the building must not be seen from a neighbour, a road, or the sea.

A manufactured home sits on a pad
The bylaw names a pad: blocks, posts, or strips that a manufactured home sits on. That is how the rule book talks about a home that was built somewhere else and then placed here.
