The Gabriola Island Local Trust Committee endorsed an updated project charter and directed staff to include subdivision policies in the draft Official Community Plan, while also asking staff to develop policies on rezoning for multiple units. [1]
Trustees expressed interest in limiting subdivision potential, with the ability to consider an alternative scenario based on water mapping. [1]
