Gabriola trustees advance subdivision and housing policies

The Gabriola Island Local Trust Committee endorsed an updated project charter and directed staff to include subdivision policies in the draft Official Community Plan. [1] The committee also directed staff to include options for rezoning for multiple units and to explore Temporary Use Permits for non-conforming dwellings with the Regional District of Nanaimo. [1]
