The Gabriola Island Local Trust Committee voted to have staff advise the chair of the Gabriola Fire Protection Improvement District about the February 19 public hearing on proposed bylaws 321 and 322. [1]
The proposed bylaws would change the property’s designation from Institutional to Village Commercial, include it in the Village Center Development Permit Area, and add propane storage as a principal permitted use. [1]
